TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following information carefully.
Please choose only one (1) appointment time slot for each application. Please cancel duplicate appointments as soon as you have chosen a new appointment date. This is to give other customers the opportunity to book their appointments.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct Consular service. For guidance, please see our website (https://www.gov.uk/government/world/philippines) for the complete list of Consular services offered by appointment.
If you require an urgent appointment, we will need to receive evidence supporting your request, i.e. valid flight ticket showing travel, etc. Please send an email to cons.manila@fco.gov.uk for any questions.
Note that incomplete applications will be refused regardless of the urgency of your appointment.
CONSULAR FEES
Consular fees are non-refundable and may change without advance notice. Fees are payable only in Philippine pesos, in cash, or through a local manager's/cashier's cheque, or bank draft.
Please refer to our website for current fees and payment instructions - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/philippines-consular-fees

CONSULAR SERVICES OFFERED
You must ensure to read our website for the complete list of requirements for your application. Incomplete applications will be refused and you will be asked to set another appointment online.
The British Embassy Manila website has migrated to the central government website - www.gov.uk.

UPDATE: With effect 01 January 2014, applications for deposit of foreign marriage record to the General Register Office (GRO) will no longer be accepted.
